How can I switch from one account to another?

If your email address is linked to multiple Supplier Interfaces, such as an agent managing different accounts, you can easily switch from one account to another.

Option 1: Click Log out at the bottom of the left-hand menu, then choose “Log me out” if you want to sign out, or “Change account” if you simply want to access another account you’re already linked to.

Option 2: Click your company name in the top-right corner. You will then see the other accounts you’re connected to.

Note: If you receive a notification asking you to provide traceability information but you don’t see any notification in the account you’re currently logged into, it likely means the request relates to another company you’re linked to. In that case, please switch accounts by following the steps above.
