Are you having trouble logging in?

If you're having trouble logging in because you're not receiving Fairly Made's email, this article is here to help. Let's walk through the possible causes and solutions so you can log in smoothly.

Possible login issues and solutions — please read in order:

1/ Check your spams folder! 📬

It’s possible that our email ended up there by mistake. The sender is [email protected].


2/ Your email address isn’t linked to any account on the platform 🔒

If you’ve never received an email directly from Fairly Made and only got one forwarded by a colleague, it’s likely you don’t yet have a user account.

Only people whose email address has been added by a brand or supplier — and who have received an email from Fairly Made — can access the platform.

What you can do:

  • Ask your colleague to log in to the platform and check the member list (Settings > Members)

  • Once the admin is identified, they can send you an invitation to join the platform from their account.

  • If you can’t identify the admin, contact Fairly Made via the chatbot so we can help set up your access.


3/ Your access has been removed

If you’ve logged into the platform in the past but no longer receive the login email, your access may have been removed by someone in your organization or by Fairly Made for various reasons.

What you can do:

  • Identify the account admin (a colleague with access to the platform can help checking Settings > Members) and ask them to restore your access

  • If you can’t identify the admin, contact Fairly Made as soon as possible


4/ You don’t have an account yet because the traceability project hasn’t started 📆

If a brand told you that a traceability project with Fairly Made is about to begin, but you haven’t received any communication from us, it likely means the supplier information collection phase hasn’t started yet — so your access hasn’t been created.

We appreciate your enthusiasm, but you’ll need to wait until you receive an email from Fairly Made. It will include instructions to log in.

5/ Our email was blocked by your firewall 📛

If none of the previous situations apply, and you’ve received Fairly Made emails before but aren’t getting the verification email, it might be blocked by your firewall.

What to do:

Add [email protected] to your safe sender list, or remove it from your blocked list.


To make sure you receive our emails in the future, we recommend whitelisting the IPs and domains listed below. 💌

This will help ensure our messages go straight to your inbox and aren’t blocked by your spam filters or firewall.
