What to do on the platform?

General presentation of your supplier platform: what should be done as a priority? What is expected from you?

Updated over 2 months ago

The supplier platform securely centralizes all the data needed for Fairly Made's analysis work. The platform is free for suppliers and access to your interface is reserved for members of your company.

Here are the three main actions you may be asked to take (all tabs are accessible from the column on the left side of your screen, or from the dashboard in 'My Forms" tab):

1) 'My Forms' tab - priority

On this tab, you will find forms related to specific articles (yarns, padding, fabric, leather, garment, etc.).

These forms include a few basic technical questions as well as traceability information. Filling them out is a top priority.

There are currently several versions of the forms available: a simplified version and a full standard version (both an older format and a new format that is currently being rolled out). You can find more information and the complete guides for each format on this page.

2) 'My Company" tab

This page is intended to help us get to know your company better. We ask that you regularly update the information to ensure it remains current (e.g., details about your energy sources, confirmation of your address, or processes carried out in-house).

3) 'My Documents' tab

In this tab, you can declare:

  • Your company-scope certificates and social audits, if you have any. They must be issued in your company’s name and still valid. Click here to learn more.

  • The Transaction Certificates (TCs) related to the items you sold that are certified. You can find more information on this page.
