1) Standard forms - previous format
📖 Here is a guide to help you fill out the standard forms (previous format).
These forms are the most common. They ask you to provide enough information to allow us to contact your suppliers and, by repeating this process step by step, identify all the suppliers involved in the production of each material, all the way back to the raw material stage. These forms also allow us to gather some technical information that helps refine the environmental impact calculations of the products. The main goals are to gain a better understanding of the supply chain and to conduct detailed product impact analyses.
⚠️ They are gradually being replaced by the new Standard Forms (new format from February 2026), but you may still receive some of them in the coming months.
2) Standard forms - new format
📖 Here is a guide to help you fill out the standard forms (new format).
The new Standard Forms are designed to:
Confirm your buyer’s declaration about the item you sold them (quantity, item name, PO number, etc.).
Describe your role in the production of the item sold (trading, manufacturing, any subcontracting, and technical details about your processes, etc.).
Collect information on the components you sourced to produce the item sold (supplier names, component names, material composition, etc.).
Gather the relevant Transaction Certificates (TCs) for the items you sold, if they are certified.
The overall goal is to map the full supply chain and collect information on suppliers and processes in order to calculate the environmental impact of each product.
⚠️ These forms will gradually replace the Standard Forms (previous format, until February 2026). We demo these new forms during our monthly webinars—feel free to sign up!
3) Simplified forms
📖 Here is a guide to help you fill out the simplified forms.
These simpler forms are easier to fill out but less comprehensive than the standard ones. They only require you to declare the countries where the main transformation steps took place. These forms are used in projects that aim solely to help fashion brands comply with the French AGEC law.
The type of form is chosen in agreement with the brand at the beginning of the collaboration. We kindly ask you to adapt to this choice to ensure the smooth running of each project.
