What should you upload?
You can upload Scope Certificates and social audits related to your company to showcase your good practices to your customers.
Uploaded certifications must:
Be valid: please do not upload expired certificates.
Be issued in your company’s name: please do not upload certificates issued in the name of your subcontractors or suppliers; they will not be validated.
Where can I upload my Scope Certificates and social audits?
Certifications must be uploaded from the My Documents tab, then the Scope Certificates sub-tab.
When should you upload your certifications?
When Fairly Made contacts you as part of a traceability project, we invite you to check that your certifications are up to date.
There is no deadline to upload your certifications. If a certificate expires, you can replace it with your renewed one. However, we recommend uploading renewed certificates as soon as possible so your customers always see up-to-date certifications.
If a certification is about to expire, it will display an “Expires Soon” tag.
If it has expired, you will see an “Expired” tag.
In both cases, remove the outdated document and upload a new one.
How to add a scope certificate?
