What should you upload?
When you complete a form in the My Forms tab and indicate that a material has a certification, you will be asked to upload the corresponding certificate after the form has been submitted. Depending on the raw material, this may be a Transaction Certificate (TC) or another material-related certificate.
Where can I upload my Transaction Certificate?
Transaction Certificates must be uploaded from the My Documents tab, then the Transaction Certificates sub-tab.
On your dashboard, you will also see a notification. Clicking it is a shortcut to My Documents > Transaction Certificates.
How do I upload my TC?
Click on the relevant item in My Documents > Transaction Certificates, then upload the corresponding file from your computer.
You will also be asked to enter the certificate/TC number.
How long do I have to upload my TC?
You have 6 months from the transaction date to upload the document to your platform.
Recommendations:
Please make sure the document matches the correct order and the item sold.
Please make sure the declared composition and country of origin matches the one stated on the TC.
Please note that certifications not related to raw materials but to your company (Scope Certificate, social audit) must be uploaded in the Scope Certificates sub-tab. Click here to learn more.
