What is My Inventory?
My Inventory is a record of everything you have already declared in validated forms. Each time a form you filled in is validated, its content is added to your inventory. You will find three types of entries:
Sales declarations – the sales transactions with your buyers (from the Your buyer's declaration section)
Manufactured items – the items you produced, in-house or with subcontractors (from the Your involvement section)
Sourced articles – the items you bought from your vendors to make those items (from the Your sourcing section)
You can use My Inventory to:
Review the information you have already declared
Correct information in forms that have already been validated
Reuse a manufactured or sourced item in a new form, when it is exactly the same production or purchase
Where to find it
Go to My Forms, then click the Inventory button.
Your inventory only fills up once at least one of your forms has been validated. If it's empty, complete and submit a form first.
Correcting a past declaration
In My Inventory, open the section you want to correct:
Sales declarations – date and PO number of the sale, product certifications, quantity sold, transport between you and your buyer
Manufactured items – item reference, category, composition, raw material origin, production process, technical information, subcontractors
Sourced articles – category, reference, composition, raw material origin, certifications, quantity purchased, PO date and number with your supplier, transport, AGEC countries
Make your changes in the panel on the right. You can correct existing information, add optional information you left blank, or add a sourced component you forgot.
Note: for now it's only possible to add a component already existing in your inventory.

⚠️ Important: changes apply everywhere.
An inventory item can be linked to several forms. When you edit an item, the change is applied to every sales and purchase transaction connected to it, including forms already submitted. Only edit an item if the correction is true for all of them.
If the information is correct for a past production but different for a new one, do not edit the inventory. Fill in a new form instead: the new production will appear in your inventory as a separate item.
Reusing an item in a new form
The inventory only shows and edits past declarations. To reuse an item, go to the form itself in My Forms. Click here to learn how to input data from your inventory in your traceability forms.
Golden rules
One production = one form = one inventory item. A new season, a new batch or a new order is a new entry, even if the product looks the same.
Reuse only when it's identical. Same item, same batch, same suppliers, same subcontractors; or same purchase, same PO, same supplier.
Edit the inventory only to fix real mistakes, never to adapt an old item to a new production.
When in doubt, fill in a new form. It takes a little longer, but it keeps your traceability data accurate.
